Baker's Dozen Cookies

Baker's Dozen Cookies, LLC - B13 for short - makes artisanal cookies with attitude! It all started in 2014 when Founder and Chief Baking Officer Rhonda Wood, a former executive assistant and healthcare tech project manager, stumbled upon a cookie recipe online while searching for a chocolate dessert to satisfy her insatiable sweet tooth. She tweaked a few things - as she can't help but do - and ended up making the best cookie she'd ever eaten! Not one to leave well enough alone, Rhonda's creative juices immediately started flowing with ideas for swapping out the variety of chocolate, changing up the nuts and tossing in other mix-ins to create whole new flavor combinations. Over the next several years, she baked many experimental batches of dodgy doughs and funky flavors until she perfected her own recipes and techniques. Shoutout to all her former coworkers who taste-tested the countless rounds of lesser bakes!

Rhonda's doughs are made from scratch in small batches using high-quality, flavor-rich ingredients, like brown butter, vanilla paste and espresso powder. Then, they're left to hang out in the fridge for a full 2 days. (Psst... That's really where the magic happens.) We all need a couple days of chillaxing to be the best versions of ourselves, amirite? With such delectable doughs, damn right the chocolates are premium, the nuts are toasted and the fruits are real. Weighing in at around 1 full ounce, each B13 cookie is devourable in 3 - 4 bites. Their not-too-sweet, carefully balanced flavors and textures will have you noshing till you reach the bottom of the bag, for sure.
